This keeps the work intentional and ensures every engagement starts with a real conversation, not a credit card.

Every tier offers flexible 2, 3, 4, or 6-month payment plans. Plans include a flat 8% convenience markup over the full-pay price, billed as an automatic monthly subscription through Stripe. If you prefer to pay in full, you save that 8%.

No. The Chief Suite provides business consultation and filing support only. Legal or tax questions should be directed to a licensed attorney or CPA. Full Suite clients receive a complimentary 30-minute session with a licensed attorney partner as part of their package.

Starter ships in 3 weeks. Launch ships in 5 weeks. Full Suite ships in 8 weeks. Timelines assume timely feedback and asset delivery on your end — if something drags on your side, we'll adjust the schedule together.

All sales are final. Because each tier involves significant upfront planning, research, and reserved delivery time, we do not issue refunds once a project has begun. The Coffee Chat exists precisely so we can confirm mutual fit before any real money changes hands.

Absolutely. If you start with Starter and realize you need Launch's additional scope, we can upgrade you — you pay the difference and we extend the timeline accordingly. Upgrades are discussed case-by-case during our consulting sessions.

Every project includes 30 days of customer care for updates, small tweaks, and questions, plus one training session where I walk you through your tech stack and help you transfer your domain and platform to your own account so you're running everything under your name.

After that, you can stay close with our Monthly Care plan ($50/mo) — one 45-minute session with me each month plus technical support — or come back any time for a future tier or à la carte work.
