Every Chief Suite engagement is custom work — built specifically for you, with our time, attention, and craft poured into it from the first hour onward. Because of this, our standard policy is that all sales are final. This page explains exactly what that means, where exceptions exist, and how disputes are handled.
All payments to The Chief Suite — including Coffee Chats, tier engagements (Starter, Launch, Full Suite), custom builds, payment plan installments, à la carte tools, and Ambassador Program-related transactions — are non-refundable.
This applies whether you've received deliverables, are in mid-project, have changed your mind, or your circumstances have changed. Custom service work cannot be "returned" once we've allocated our time to it.
Service businesses sell time and craft. When you book an engagement, we hold delivery time for you, prepare materials specific to your business, and turn down other work to honor our commitment. Refunds on completed time aren't possible — that time is gone.
Once paid, Coffee Chats are non-refundable. If you can't make your scheduled time, we'll happily reschedule once at no charge — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance via Calendly or email. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the appointment.
Once payment clears and the engagement begins, the full amount is non-refundable. If you wish to pause or cancel, we'll work with you in good faith — but no refund is owed.
If you're on a payment plan and decide to discontinue mid-engagement, you remain responsible for paying for any work already delivered. We'll determine in good faith what portion of the engagement has been completed and may pause future invoicing — but no refund is owed for installments already paid.
Digital products (spreadsheet templates and similar files) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If a tool doesn't work as described or has a technical issue, contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we'll either fix it or provide an equivalent replacement.
Commissions paid out to ambassadors are non-refundable once disbursed. If an underlying client engagement is later canceled or charged back, The Chief Suite reserves the right to deduct the commission amount from future Ambassador commissions or, in rare cases, request return of the funds.
While our policy is "all sales are final," we believe in fairness and good faith. We will consider partial refunds or credits in the following limited situations:
These exceptions are reviewed case-by-case. Requesting an exception does not guarantee one will be granted.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't working — whether it's a deliverable that missed the mark, a communication breakdown, or any other concern — please reach out before assuming the engagement is broken.
Most issues are quickly resolved through direct conversation. We're committed to revising deliverables within the original scope to get them right. The revision rounds included in your tier will be honored, and we'll work with you in good faith to make the engagement successful.
To raise a concern:
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, we reserve the right to:
We've never had to do this. We don't want to. Please talk to us first.
If a refund is granted (per the exceptions above), it will be processed within seven (7) business days through the original payment method (Stripe). It may take an additional three to ten (3–10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Changes apply only to engagements purchased after the change is posted — your existing engagement is governed by the policy in effect when you booked.

The short version: Because every engagement is custom service work, all sales are final. That said — your satisfaction matters to us. We honor every revision included in your tier and will work with you in good faith to get the deliverables right. We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, fraud, or extraordinary circumstances at our discretion. If something feels off, please reach out before disputing the charge. Most concerns are resolved with a single conversation.
